Recently legislation changed where rodent bait must be placed in an enclosed station. We install these stations strategically around the home and can monitor & refill as required. Our stations are strong and lockable and there is no need to worry about secondary poisoning for your pets as they would not be consuming enough of the active chemical to be considered harmful. EXTERRA Termite Baiting System Install

The installation of an Exterra Termite Baiting System around your home. A visual termite inspection is carried out on the house, then in-ground stations are placed at regular intervals around your home and above ground stations where live termites are present. The bait we use is extremely safe and effective and works by killing the termite Queen and the entire colony through feeding the bait throughout the nest.
